One Python package for everything Ionworks: ionworks 0.1.0

## Introducing `ionworks`: one package for everything Ionworks in Python

Working with Ionworks from Python now takes a single install. `pip install ionworks`
gives you the API client, data processing, pipeline building and shared utilities in
one package, with one version and one set of docs:

fit = iw.pipeline.DataFit(...)
```

**Why we did this**

* **One install, always in step.** You no longer have to keep `ionworks-api`,
  `ionworksdata`, `ionworks-schema` and `iwutil` at compatible versions. They ship
  together, so they always work together.
* **Laid out like the app.** `iw.data` for measurements and processing, `iw.pipeline`
  for building fits and validations, `iw.api` for everything on the platform.
* **One place to look.** A single
  [documentation site](https://packages.docs.ionworks.com/ionworks/), changelog and
  repository.
* **Up to date.** Python 3.12 through 3.15, including the newest Python that PyBaMM
  supports.

**Moving over**

Your existing scripts keep working on the current packages, which now print a notice
pointing here. When you're ready, the
[migration guide](https://packages.docs.ionworks.com/ionworks/migration.html) maps
every old import to its new home, or you can ask your coding agent to run the
`migrate-to-ionworks` skill from the [Ionworks skills](https://docs.ionworks.com/agents.md#bring-your-own-agent)
and do it for you. Install `ionworks` in a fresh environment: it can't share one with
`ionworks-api`.

We're starting at 0.1.0 so we can refine the API with your feedback before 1.0. Let us
know what you think.
